Academic Qualifications : M.Ed. in Education, M.Phil. Education, M.Sc. Botany, M.A. English, M.A. Sociology, NET in Education, Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy. He has 18 years of teaching experience in B.Ed. college, served as a former senate member at the University of Kerala. He is the state coordinator of the State Youth Red Cross Society in Kerala, and is a Research Supervisor for M.A. Education at Alagappa University.
